About the Role
Our Business Development Manager will :
Work closely with the C.E.O and team
Be daily in conversation with companies, their founders, managers, shareholders and also operational teams.
Be responsible for managing business relationships, ensuring that revenue targets are met through regular face-to-face visits to client sites and oversee the preparation of pricing proposals for client missions and projects.
Offer to the potential clients and sales leads the objective and efficient diagnostic BSPK’s methodology benefits and added value.
Requirements
✔️Proven work experience as a Business Developper / Sales Manager ✔️A background in accounting or auditing and/or HR management. ✔️A previous experience within the management diagnostics market is a strong asset.
✔️Foreign Langages : French - English - German mandatory - Dutch is an asset ✔️Outstanding organisational and time management skills
✔️Excellent verbal and written communications skills
✔️Discretion and confidentiality
About the Company
BSPK is an independent consulting agency based in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and active both locally and abroad.
Compensation
50 000 € to 90 000 € annually
+ Representation expenses covered
